I am an associate marriage and family therapist in San Francisco and the East Bay area. I work with children, teens, and adults.
I am drawn to this profession as I am fascinated by the complexities of the human condition. I have found each of us to have a story worth telling and paying attention to. With the right attention, listening, and care, we begin to see that what previously seemed fixed begins to shift, and one begins to feel more authentic, vital, and free.
I come from a business background, spending the first part of my career in investment management. This shift not only gives me unique insight into the challenges of corporate life, the drive, the isolation, the difficulty of slowing down, but also an appreciation for the courage and time it takes to make a change.
I earned my Master's in Counseling Psychology from the Wright Institute, with post-graduate training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Psychotherapy Institute. I've also worked within the school system through Bay Area Community Resources (BACR), supporting children, teens, and families.
I love this work and feel honored to do it. If you're considering therapy, I encourage you to reach out to schedule an intake call and see if we'd be a good fit.
